traveling with light spinning rods???

So lately i have been looking for a little spinning rod to put in my suitcase to do the fishing i talked about in my previous post. When everyone started coming out with telescopic fishing rods i was always skeptical. Ive always thought that any fishing rod like that would be just plain junk. But I'm unsure so I'm asking my readers if you have any previous use of these telescopic rods or not even that do you know of any three piece spinning rods that would fit into a suitcase. I'm looking for something cheap so if you know of anything i could pick up at wal mart that would be very helpful. until next time good luck fishing

  1. Try Cabelas. They have a 3 piece rod marketed as a salt striker. Very good rod and a good price. I have used one for years in the saltwater and just loved it. 4000 spinning reel and 15lb braid is a great match.
